One business, two websites. SureshJ Photography (sureshjphotography.com) and SureshJ Wedding Photography (sureshjweddingphotography.com) are both owned and operated by SureshJPhotography LLC. This booking policy applies to bookings and enquiries made through either site, and this page is the only current version.
When your deposit is paid (and your agreement signed, when one applies), your date is reserved exclusively for you and we turn away every other request for it. Because of that, a booked date cannot be moved to a different date.
If you need to cancel, payments already made are not refunded. Your agreement explains how much notice is needed for any remaining balance.
The first deposit payment serves as a non-refundable retainer. It compensates for committing your date to you and declining other potential projects.
Every retainer is applied toward your final price.
Because we provide non-tangible, one-of-a-kind services, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds for booking deposits after confirmation.
Your remaining balance is due by the date shown on your booking page and in your agreement.
We reserve the right to withhold services or the release of photos and video if full payment is not received by the agreed due date. Why we take final payment before delivery.
We would greatly appreciate your cooperation in planning your event well in advance to help ensure a timely arrival. Please avoid last-minute changes on the event day — they can lead to missed moments if scheduling conflicts occur.
If you need to change the start time, please tell us at least two weeks in advance. Your total coverage hours stay the same.
If severe weather or something beyond everyone’s control (for example, a natural disaster, a government or public-health order, or a venue closure) prevents your shoot, we will offer your choice of:
Each additional reschedule after the complimentary one carries a $50 fee. If you choose not to reschedule and decline the transferable credit, retainer payments are not refunded.
This does not cover being unable to attend or changing plans — that is a cancellation under “Once you’re booked, your date is final” above.
Weddings: professionally edited photographs in 4–6 weeks and your cinematic film in 6–8 weeks after the event date.
Smaller events (portraits, receptions, family and event sessions): photographs in 3–4 weeks and video in 4–6 weeks.
Timelines assume your balance is paid on time. We always aim to deliver earlier, but we kindly ask that you allow the full timeline before inquiring. More about delivery.
